Learners are the end-users of the system, who would access the course contents and take up the online learning courses that are available on the system. Each learner will have their own profile and can log in to the system using their email address and password.
To add learners to the account,
From the admin navigation panel, go to Users and select Learners
Click on Add New Learner
A new window opens where necessary details of the learner can be added. Finally, click on Create button so that a new learner will be created.
Facilitators include people who are managed by the Administrator. They include sub-administrators, Branch managers, course tutors, content editors, and other roles created by the administrator. You can assign one of these roles to the Facilitators based on their responsibilities and manage them on the system.
To add facilitators to the account,
From the admin navigation panel, go to Users and select Facilitators
Click on Add Facilitators and provide all the necessary details of the facilitator. Finally, click on Create button so that a new facilitator will be created.
