The learner can communicate with the admin or tutor using the message icon displayed on top and the notification icon displays the events or news that are connected with the learner.
- Click on the facilitator’s name.
- Select the Send message button.
- Enter the message content and click on Send
- The learner will be notified in the dashboard when the facilitator replies back.
- The message will be displayed as seen below on clicking the message icon.
