Manage Learners

Once the learner’s accounts are added to the application, you can manage them easily using the options available on our user interface.

How to View Learners' Profile

  1. On the Manage learners page, click the mceclip2.png corresponding to learners whose profile is to be viewed.
  2. Click View Profile.

The profile page of the learners appears with their profile image, basic details that can be edited by clicking  mceclip4.png  and the courses in which the Learners are enrolled.

Clicking mceclip2.png next to the learner header name enables you to send an instant message to the learner, reset the password for the learner account, delete the learner account from the records and deactivate the learner account temporarily

How to Reset Password for the Learner Account

  1. On the Manage learner page, click mceclip2.png corresponding to the learners for whom you want to change the password.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. Click RESET again to confirm the task. The following success message pops up.
  4. Click OK

How to Send Message to a Learner

  1. On the Manage Learner page, click mceclip2.png corresponding to the learners to whom you want to send a message.
  2. Click Send Message. The SEND MESSAGE window pops up.
  3. Type a subject for the message you want to send to the learner.
  4. Type the message.
  5. Click SEND. The message is sent to the learners successfully.
  6. Click OK.

Delete a Learner Account

  1. On the Manage learner page, click mceclip2.png corresponding to the learner you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Click DELETE again to confirm the task.
  4. Click OK.

Adding a Learner to Course(s)

  1. On the Manage learner page, click mceclip2.png corresponding to the learners you want to add to one or more courses.
  2. Click Add to Course. The ADD LEARNER TO COURSE window pops up.
  3. Select the course(s) in which you want to enroll the Learner.
  4. Click ADD and then click OK.

Adding a Learner to a Batch

  1. On the Manage Learner page, click mceclip2.png corresponding to the learners you want to add to a batch.
  2. Click Add to Batch. The ADD TO BATCH window pops up.
  3. Here MyKademy is the Branch to which Benny is categorized and those 3 batches come under MyKademy.
  4. Select the batch(es) to which you want to add the learner.
  5. Click ADD and then click OK.

How to Deactivate a Learner Account

  1. On the Manage learner page, click mceclip2.png corresponding to the learner you want to add to a batch.
  2. Click Deactivate.
  3. Click DEACTIVATE again to confirm the task. 
  4. Click OK.

Note: To activate this account again, click the icon of this account and click Activate. Click ACTIVATE again to confirm the activation.
