When an account is created, there will be a few roles that are already available(Pre Built Roles). A user can be assigned to any of the Pre Built Roles available on the platform. Using a single mail id, only one role can be assigned. There are four pre-built roles available on the Mykademy platform. They are Tutor, Sub-admin, Institute Manager, and Content editor.
In order to assign a user to a pre-built role,
- From the dashboard, click on Facilitator
- Select Add Facilitator
- Enter the name, email id, password, and the pre-built role to which the user should be assigned
- Click on Create
