The Tenant admin is able to access the User Management page.
The User Management page displays the list of newly added and existing users. Recently added users have "New" tagged against them.
The search functionality displays results based on the learner’s name, email, and UUID.
The listed learners in this section can be sorted by clicking on the learner’s name and email id.
The Delete option is accessible at the top of the listing table when the checkbox for one or more learners is selected.
The last added learner is selected by default on the User Management page.
The About section is displayed on the right side of the User Listing page when a user is selected.
The section contains basic details such as the full name and email of the user. Users are able to change the pages seen at the bottom of the User Management page.
Pagination is provided at the bottom of the page and you can change the user's list by clicking the Next arrow.
The Tenant admin is able to create new users in the Tenant domain. Click Add. An Add New User form appears
The first name, last name, email, phone number, and member id of the learners can be added in this section.
The purchased Service Providers (SPs) are listed here for the added learners.
The admin is able to check/uncheck the necessary SPs for the newly added learner. The users' roles can be changed for the SPs
Similarly, the existing learners can check/uncheck the necessary SPs. The Tenant admin is able to edit the users in the Tenant account.
The first name, last name, email, phone number, and member id of the learners can be edited in this section.
User-assigned roles and products are displayed under the Product section.
We can manually switch on and off product access.
For individual users, the admin is able to manually switch on and off product roles. The Admin can restrict access of users to different products.
The first name, last name, email id, and member id of the user is displayed under User Info.
The Tenant admin is able to change the password under Security.
Click Change Password and a form appear.
The Admin can manually enter the password or generate a new one.
After the password is generated, click Send. User credentials and URLs also will be received in the email.
After the password is reset, a success message is displayed.
