The Tenant admin is able to set default roles for the SPs available in Role Settings.

In Mykademy, Document Management Systems, and Training Management Systems, roles came as default roles. Custom roles are also listed here. The Save option is available to update the new changes in roles.

 

It makes sure that whenever a learner is created or registered into these SPs, the user gets this role as a default role.

Specific roles from the Tenant settings page can be changed by the admin, which is reflected only to the new users.
