To add new certificates in your website,
From the admin dashboard, go to SETTINGS. On scrolling down, you can find Certificate Settings.
Click on Upload Certificate to upload your choice of certificate template.
Only .docx format can be used to upload certificates so that our platform can recognize the parameters
Once the certificate is uploaded, you can map the same certificate to a course. First, you have to make sure that the certificate is enabled from the course settings page.
Move to the course content page and select certificate from the right side box.
Enter the certificate title and click on the certificate so that a tick mark will be displayed over the certificate which confirms that the certificate is mapped to the course.
