When screen sharing, users have the option to share the audio of the tab or desktop as well.
To do this, simply check the 
box located at the bottom Share Screen Dialog box:
Audio feedback issues can occur when using speakers while sharing the audio. To avoid these issues:
1. Use a headset – your audience will still hear your screen share audio
2. Mute your microphone when sharing your screen
