How to enroll/register a learner to an event

Adding Learners to an Event

  1. From the dashboard, click on Products
  2. Select Training Courses
  3. Click on Events
  4. All the events that are created will be listed on the page.
  5. Click on the three dots corresponding to an event to which you want to enroll the learner.
  6. From the dropdown, select Register New Learner.
  7. Click on Add Attendee in order to add a new learner to the event.
  8. A window opens to add new attendee as shown below where you can enter the email address, first name, last name, organisation and comments.
  9. Once you enter all the details, click on Save.
  10. Inorder to add another event for the same attendee, click on Add Item.
  11. Select the type and event from the dropdown.

  12. Click on Save.



Registering a learner from the Registrations Page

  1. From the left side panel of the dashboard, click on Registrations
  2. Click on New Registration.
  3. Fill the necessary details like Sold by, client type etc.,
  4. Click on Add item to map the learner to an event.
  5. Once all the details are filled click on Book now
  6. By clicking on Export option, you can export all the order reports in an excel format. ( Date filtering can also be done before export)
