Profile syncing LMS & BMS

Profile syncing allows syncing the LMS and BMS profiles of learners.

1. From the dashboard, click on Products
2. Select Training Courses
3. Click on Events.
4. The admin will be redirected to the Events dashboard where all the created events in the platform will be displayed.
   
   
   
5. Select the event that you want to manage.
6. Click on the three dots across the attendee.
   
   
7.  To edit the attendee’s profile, click on the Edit option from the list of options.
8. The admin will be redirected to a page as shown below where necessary changes can be made.
9. Once all the changes are made, click on Save.
10. The changes that have been made to the BMS learner profile will be reflected on the LMS side also.
11. To see the changes on the LMS side, click on User->Learners->View Profile
