Enquiry Form Settings

In this section, the admin asks for the personal information of the learners via enquiry form and enables them to request further details about your course. 

  • From the dashboard, click on Settings.enq1.png
  • Select Enquiry Form Settingsenq2.pngenq222.png
  • By clicking on Hide button , it disables the Enquire Now form on the course landing page
  • By enabling the Show button , the Enquire Now form will be visible on the course landing page as shown below
  • Manage Enquiry Field is where you can add the additional fields in which the learners need to fill the details of all the fields.hghghghg.png
  • Click on Add enquiry form to add a new column for a specific detail you require from your learners.
  • To edit any enquiry form, click on the three dots on a specific column and select the Edit option.
  • To delete any enquiry form, click on the three dots on a specific column and select the Delete option.
  • The columns can be ordered based on the preference of the admin by drag and rearrange.
  • Enquiry Response Pop-up is where the learners’ personal information is shared and enables them to request further details about your course. The admin can give the Response Title and Response Text which will be reflected on the course landing page.guide.png
  • After giving all the information, click on Save.
