Report inside a Course

 

How to Generate Grade Report

  1. Click the Report icon on the dashboard or the icon on the left navigation bar. The Reports page appears to display filters on the right panel for generating the GRADE REPORT, by default.

  1. Choose the filters from their respective drop-down menus.
    For example, Course Name – Digital Marketing, Branch – KTU01- CET, Batch – KTU01 - 2019 - Innovators, Filter By – Report on Learners who haven’t yet started the course (as highlighted in the following image).

  2. Click VIEW REPORT. The grade report for the selected course, Branch, batch, and selected status/grades filter is displayed.

  3. Note: You can choose other filtering options in the report using the drop-down menus (as highlighted above) and view their respective grade reports too. Use the Search box to locate a specific learner and generate their reports by typing the partial/full name of the learner.

How to Generate Test Report

  1. Click the Report icon on the dashboard or the icon on the left navigation bar. The Reports page appears.

  2. Click TEST REPORT on the left menu.

  3. On the right menu, choose the filters from their respective drop-down menus.

  4. For example, Course Name – Digital Marketing, Test – Digital Thinking, Branch – KTU01 - CET, Batch – KTU01 - 2019 - Innovators, Filter By – Report on all Learners

  5. Click VIEW REPORT.

  6. To download the report as a . CSV file click on Export Report.

The Test report for the selected course, Test, Branch, batch, and grade/status filter is displayed.

How to Generate Assignment Report

  1. Click the Report icon on the dashboard or the icon on the left navigation bar. The Reports page appears.

  2. Click ASSIGNMENT REPORT on the left menu.

  3. Choose the filters from their respective drop-down menus.

  4. For example, Course Name – Technical Writing, Branch – KTU01 - CET, Batch – KTU01 - 2019 – Electric Vibes, Filter By – Report on Learners who submitted the assignment.

  5. Click VIEW REPORT.

The assignment report for the selected course, Test, Branch, batch, and grade/status filter is displayed.

How to Generate Badge Report

Admins should also be able to generate a badge report with the details of learners who earned their badges.

  1. Click the Report icon on the dashboard or the icon on the left navigation bar. The Reports page appears.
  2. Click BADGE REPORT on the left menu.

  • The learner will have visibility of the badges provided to them in their profile.

  • Badge Report can be exported to your system in .xls format
